Can you recreate the same artwork again?
No, all my art is one off, original abstract art, I can never recreate the same artwork again.
That is what makes my art so unique !
Do you sell prints of your artwork?
No, all my art is uniquely created using acrylic on canvas and finished with a custom wooden frame.
I do not make or sell prints of my art, I only create one-off original pieces !
Commissions
How do commissions work?
Purchase a commission request product, select your chosen frame colour, email us your chosen abstract acrylic colours, and we will be in touch, to collaborate on making your artistic vision come to life.
Commission work includes approval stages where changes can be requested.
Cancellations of commissioned work, if the commissioned piece of art, is not what you were thinking, we can work out a suitable resolution.
Shipping
What is your shipping process?
Original artwork: 1-3 business days for packaging and preparation.
Shipping Methods:
I am happy to personally deliver my art to you, within the Manawatu and Hawkes Bay.
Also, we ship all artwork using insured, tracked shipping to ensure your purchase arrives safely. Depending on your location, we offer:
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Local Delivery (Manawatu/Hawkes Bay area)
Local Pickup (Dannevirke)
Protection and Packaging:
All artwork is carefully and professionally packaged, to prevent damage during transit and to ensure safe delivery.
Original artwork is carefully wrapped in 3 layers of bubble wrap, protected with 2 layers of cardboard, with fragile and this way up stickers applied.
International Shipping:
For international orders, please contact me to arrange a shipping quote to your selected destination.
Shipping Insurance:
All shipments include insurance covering the full value of your purchase. In the rare event of damage during transit, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and artwork
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Keep all original packaging for insurance claims
Returns Shipping:
Due to all items being new original or commissioned original art pieces, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges, unless the item arrived damaged, we will work with you, to work out a suitable resolution in a timely manner.
Original Shipping:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
