Refund policy

Original Artwork

  • Inspection Period: All original artwork should be inspected within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Returns: Due to the unique nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns unless the artwork arrives damaged.
  • Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to work out a suitable resolution in a timely manner.

Commissions

  • Approval Process: Commission work includes approval stages where changes can be requested.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations of commissioned work, if the commissioned piece of art, is not what you were thinking, we can work out a suitable resolution.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Due to all items being new original or commissioned original art pieces, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges, unless the item arrived damaged, we will work with you, to work out a suitable resolution in a timely manner.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Due to all items being new original or commissioned original art pieces, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.
