Processing Times
- Original artwork: 1-3 business days for packaging and preparation
Shipping Methods
We ship all artwork using insured, tracked shipping to ensure your purchase arrives safely. Depending on your location, we offer:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
- Local Delivery (Manawatu/Hawkes Bay area)
- Local Pickup (Dannevirke)
Artwork Protection and Packaging
All artwork is carefully and professionally packaged, to prevent damage during transit and to ensure safe delivery.
- Original artwork is carefully wrapped in 3 layers of bubble wrap, protected with 2 layers of cardboard, with fragile and this way up stickers applied.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Please contact me to arrange a shipping quote to your selected destination.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments include insurance covering the full value of your purchase. In the rare event of damage during transit, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and artwork
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Keep all original packaging for insurance claims
